Welcome to the High Rock - Pollard PTC

The High Rock - Pollard Parent Teacher Council (PTC) represents and supports both the High Rock School and the Pollard Middle School. Our mission is to contribute to the enrichment of the education and extracurricular programs for all the children in grades 6, 7, and 8, and to foster a sense of community between students, parents, teachers and administrators.

The PTC is looking forward to this upcoming school year.  The largest fraction of the PTC budget goes towards enrichment in our schools/classrooms - bringing in speakers and programs that enhance the curriculum in the classroom, grants to fund various things that improve our schools and funds to bring new things to the media center and library of the two schools.  

The PTC remains committed to supporting the teachers and staff and High Rock and Pollard.  In addition to the programs that enhance the classroom experience, we also look forward to teacher appreciation events to show them the well-deserved recognition.  

There are two ways you can help:  

1) Financial Assistance allows us to invite speakers and provide materials to enrich the classroom experience for the students and teachers.  Your support also makes it possible to show our appreciation to our schools' teachers and staff. The suggested donation amount is $95/child, but any amount you can contribute is truly appreciated!

2) Volunteer!  We have a number of positions to fill to help us achieve our mission this year. Please be in touch if you would like to volunteer and get involved!
