The High Rock - Pollard Parent Teacher Council (PTC) represents and supports both High Rock School and Pollard Middle School. Our mission is to contribute to the enrichment of the education and extra-curricular programs for all the children in grades 6, 7, and 8, and to foster a sense of community between students, parents, teachers and administrators.
Student participating in an after-school club or middle school sports team?
In addition to general school wear, our webstore has items that can be customized for any middle school club or team. This includes Ski Club, basketball, dance and wrestling which are just starting. All available in youth and adult sizes.

Need a tax receipt?
High Rock-Pollard PTC is a 501(c)3 organization therefore any donation you made in 2025 is tax deductible. Please review the IRS documentation requirement below.
To request a written acknowledgment from us, please complete this form no later than Thursday, January 15th 2026.
The acknowledgment letter will be emailed to you by Saturday, January 31st 2026.
IRS substantiation rules:
For a donor to claim a charitable deduction on their federal income tax return, the IRS requires:
- donors of less than $250 to have a record of a contribution (eg, bank record) OR a written acknowledgment from the receiving charitable organization
- donors of $250 or more to obtain a written acknowledgment from the receiving charitable organization
